What we do

At FM Construct we make use of our almost 20 years of experience in the spanish market, to help our scandinavian costumers wishes of a Mediterranean home come true. By joining the project plans early on, we strive to provide the best advice before we perform the project in Scandinavian style and quality.

With the help of our highly competent collaborators through many years, in the form of architects and engineers, FM Construct often works as a global contractor in close dialogue with the costumer.

Initially, at FM Construct we mainly worked with our own project buildings. In the recent years, there has been an increasing interest in total renovations and new constructions along the Spanish coast. Thus, we have adapted this demand, and are now carrying out both new construction and renovation tasks for our Scandinavian clientele.

In addition to housing, we have good experiences with commercial buildings such as bars and restaurants.
